The redesign of Stadia's store.

Content is the most important factor driving users to adopt a game platform, and users need access to this information to make a commitment towards using a platform. Previously, Stadia inserted a barrier between users and content discovery by requiring users to create a Stadia account, or by having them navigate offsite to other sources to learn more about game content.

I was the lead designer working on the redesign of the Stadia Store. This design was strongly driven by the need to be TV/d-pad control friendly. I worked closely with cross-functional partners to ensure that the experience was uniform, seamless, and cohesive alongside the rest of the platform.

Shipped & launched in April of 2022.
